To start a return, email support@vitaminloft.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. Refunds require the bottle to be returned unopened, with the original seal intact. One claim per customer or household. See the refund policy.

How returns work

  1. Email us — order number within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Return the bottle — within 14 days; opened bottles not eligible; customer pays return shipping unless our mistake.
  3. We refund — product price after inspect.

FAQ

  • Is a return required? Yes. Opened bottles are not eligible.
  • One claim per household? Yes — one claim per customer or household.
  • Subscriptions? Same returns terms: unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.
  • Damage? Photos within 7 days; we may require the damaged bottle back before replace/refund; not a second free bottle while keeping the first.

We refund you

After we receive and inspect your return, we refund the product price to your original payment method.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Separate from standard returns — email a photo within 7 days and we'll replace or refund the damaged item.
