Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Tracking

You will get a tracking email when the carrier scans your package. Subscriptions: Delivered every month. Cancel any time by emailing support@vitaminloft.com.

Delays

Carrier delays happen. If your package is stuck well past the estimate, email support@vitaminloft.com and we will look it up.

ReturnsUnopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery (first purchase of each product; 15% restocking fee).
How returns work
Email support@vitaminloft.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery for return instructions. Unopened, seal-intact returns only; one claim per customer or household. You pay return shipping unless the mistake was ours. We refund the product price after we inspect the return. See the refund policy.
Damaged itemsEmail a photo.

If your package arrives damaged

Email a photo to support@vitaminloft.com within 7 days. We will replace the damaged product or refund it.

Missing items

If something is missing, tell us within 7 days and we will ship the missing item or refund it.
