Where we ship

We ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. For international shipping, email support@vitaminloft.com or call 646-838-3517 before you order.

Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Tracking

You will get a tracking email when the carrier scans your package. If you subscribe, you can skip or change the next order from your account before it processes.

Delays

Carrier delays happen. If your package is stuck well past the estimate, email support@vitaminloft.com and we will look it up.

Need something faster?

Email or call before you order. We will tell you honestly whether a faster option is available for your address. We do not list rates we cannot honor.

If your package arrives damaged

Email a photo to support@vitaminloft.com within 7 days. We will replace the damaged product or refund in full — your choice.

If something is missing, tell us within 7 days and we will ship the missing item or refund it.
