Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.
• Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $9.99 flat rate.
• Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $19.99 flat rate.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods. We appreciate your patience.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at support@vitaminloft.com.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We are able to ship to P.O. boxes via USPS. Please note that expedited and overnight options may not be available for P.O. box addresses.

Damages

VitaminLoft.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@vitaminloft.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If the package cannot be found, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
