Magnesium glycinate (also called magnesium bisglycinate) is a chelate: magnesium bound to glycine. Oxide, citrate, and glycinate are different salts. They are not interchangeable. The Supplement Facts panel should name the form and the elemental magnesium per serving.

Glycine-bound magnesium is usually gentler than magnesium oxide. We do not publish absorption percentages for this bottle.
