Each serving of 3 capsules provides 275 mg of elemental magnesium from 2,500 mg magnesium glycinate. There are 90 capsules (30 servings). Compare elemental milligrams per serving, not milligrams of the glycinate salt.

Glycinate is magnesium bound to glycine. Oxide, citrate, and glycinate are different salts and are not interchangeable. Glycine-bound magnesium is usually gentler than magnesium oxide.
