Ordering

Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout is always available. Creating an account just makes reordering, tracking, and managing subscriptions easier.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes — 15% off orders over $250 for individuals, and dedicated wholesale accounts for gyms, clinics, and nutritionists. Email wholesale@vitaminloft.com.

Shipping

How fast will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1 business day. Standard takes 3–5 business days. You'll get tracking by email the moment it leaves our warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — Canada, UK, EU, Australia and Japan. Rates calculated at checkout; duties may be charged locally.
What's your free shipping threshold?
Free standard shipping on orders $35+ (US 48 states). Subscribers always ship free, no minimum.

Subscriptions

Can I skip or pause my subscription?
Yes, any time. Skip a shipment, change cadence, swap products, or cancel from your account page — no email required. Changes made 3+ days before renewal take effect immediately.
How much do subscribers save?
20% off every recurring order, free shipping, and early access to new launches.
When will I be charged?
Your card is charged when each recurring order processes, typically 3 days before your chosen delivery date so there's time to edit.

Ingredients & safety

Are VitaminLoft products third-party tested?
Yes — every product is independently tested for purity, potency, and contaminants. Certificates are linked from each product page under "Batch test results".
Is VitaminLoft safe if I'm pregnant, nursing, or on medication?
Always check with your doctor or pharmacist before starting a new supplement in these cases. Our RD consults can help you think it through, but we aren't a substitute for medical advice.
How do I know which supplements I actually need?

Returns & guarantee

What's your return policy?
30-day love-it-or-return-it. Email with your order number and we'll refund you — no need to mail the bottle back.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email a photo to hello@vitaminloft.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund the damaged item, no questions asked.
