What do you sell?
Magnesium Glycinate is our lead product (SKU VOX4MGNE) — magnesium chelated to glycine, not oxide or citrate. We also sell Creatine, Ashwagandha, D3 + K2, and Collagen Peptides.
How much magnesium is in a serving?
Each serving of 3 capsules provides 275 mg of elemental magnesium from 2,500 mg magnesium glycinate. There are 90 capsules (30 servings). Compare elemental milligrams per serving, not milligrams of the glycinate salt.
Why glycinate instead of oxide?
Glycinate is magnesium bound to glycine. Oxide, citrate, and glycinate are different salts and are not interchangeable.
What is this product for?
It supports nervous system function, bone health, and relaxation.*
What is the capsule made of?
Veggie capsule (hypromellose). Other ingredients listed on the label: Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide, Rice Flour. Manufactured in the USA.
How should I take it?
A serving is 3 capsules. Use as directed on the label, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Talk with your own clinician before starting a supplement if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

How fast will my order ship?
Most U.S. orders ship within 1–2 business days. You will get tracking by email when the carrier scans the package.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the U.S.?

What does shipping cost?
Standard U.S. shipping is $5.95. It is free on orders of $49 or more.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Delivered every month. Cancel any time by emailing support@vitaminloft.com.

Subscribe & save is 15% off the one-time price: $16.96 every month, versus $19.95 one-time.
When will I be charged?
Your card is charged when each recurring order processes, typically a few days before the next ship date. The subscribe cadence is every month.

Returns
What is your return policy?
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery (first purchase of each product; 15% restocking fee). One claim per customer or household. Email support@vitaminloft.com with your order number for return instructions. See the refund policy.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email a photo to support@vitaminloft.com within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund the damaged item.
